When Jim Cudahy arrived to NIRI in early 2015 as president and CEO, it was a pivotal time. Jim was charged with developing and implementing the organization’s first-ever certification program. He promptly engineered the systems and processes that would allow NIRI to launch the first Investor Relations Charter (IRC) examination within a year of his arrival. True to his roots, Jim likewise played a key role in the marketing and positioning of the IRC Program, this while refocusing  NIRI’s attention to reversing a decade-long membership decline and introducing an entirely new enterprise website that represented a quantum leap forward for the organization.
