She is a calm presence for organizations going through change management with a unique ability to triage the process and communicate the vision.

She has discovered a passion for gathering diverse faith communities together to identify common problems and address critical needs that affect every corner of the community.

At the core of Jenny’s talents is an ability to connect with and relate to people. Supplementing this ability are gifts for writing and storytelling and a knack for managing large scale projects. Prior to working as a principal at 7 Marcom and SRD Communications, Jenny served in leadership capacities at local churches, managing all aspects of membership development, large-scale events, and leading groups to establish strategy and execute associated tactics.
