Jenny took a circuitous route to the marketing and communications business. Having spent many years in ministry and non-profit leadership, she honed a unique ability to draw diverse teams of people together to lead them to a united mission. Jenny has a knack for leading organizations through strategic visioning and guiding teams to create systems to execute next steps. She is a calm presence for organizations going through change management with a unique ability to triage the process and communicate the vision.
Jenny has poured herself into her community, lending her efforts manage local sports teams, serve the homeless, and work in local schools to support at-risk children. She has discovered a passion for gathering diverse faith communities together to identify common problems and address critical needs that affect every corner of the community.
At the core of Jenny’s talents is an ability to connect with and relate to people. Supplementing this ability are gifts for writing and storytelling and a knack for managing large scale projects. Prior to working as a principal at 7 Marcom and SRD Communications, Jenny served in leadership capacities at local churches, managing all aspects of membership development, large-scale events, and leading groups to establish strategy and execute associated tactics.
Jenny holds a B.A. in French and Spanish from James Madison University that she doesn’t use that often anymore – although it probably helped to hone her listening skills.
